We can’t change other people. We focus on skills because we can’t change other people. We can change how we approach a problem. We can apply new ideas, new insights, new analysis to an old problem and get different results even if the other person never changes at all.

We can develop new skills. The same old skills and the same old thinking will give the same old results. New skills change the dynamic of any given dispute. We teach skills that can be used immediately. We make them easy to understand. We give you time to practice.

We can solve problems. Skills training allows us to treat the problems as problems and not turn people in to problems. Treat people as the problem turns readily to contempt and contempt is the language of hate. Our approach is to deal with specific problems and patterns of problems. We can solve problems. We can’t change people.
